Class Types
Variety of classes available for beginners to regular practitioners. We are not static and listen to your body and nourish it with what is needed for the day, for the moment.

Hot 26 (60/90 min)
Hot 26 is a fixed hot yoga sequence comprises of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures which comprise of both standing and seating poses. It is practiced in a room heated at 40 degree Celsius and 40% humidity. You’ll sweat—all the way through to the benefits of stretching, toning, detoxification, a cardiovascular workout, and an incomparable sense of calm.

Hot 50
Hot 50 is a 75-minute, fixed hot yoga sequence of 50 poses programmed for practice in a heated room. It is an extension of the Hot 26 where additional poses are introduced to build up upper body strength, core strength and open the hips.

Hot Hatha
Hot Hatha is a non-fixed sequence class in a heated room up to 38 deg celsius focused on connecting the body and mind. Develop balance, strength, flexibility, and breath control in held postures with this alignment-based class. Teaching styles vary. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body.

Hot Core
Hot Core is a 60 minute class focusing on awakening up and bringing life to the core via abdominal and balancing postures strengthening the connection between upper and lower body. Develop core strength through dynamic movements. Expect to sweat a lot and in exchange for improved strength, stamina and balance of body and mind.

Hot Detox Flow
Hot Detox Flow takes practitioners through a dynamic 60 minutes of movement, cleansing through breath and movement when you flow from one pose to another with emphasis on the digestive system. A flowing sequence incorporating twisting in standing, seated and supine poses meant to free up mobility in the spine and detoxify the internal organs feeling fresh from within.

Hot Vinyasa
Hot Vinyasa takes practitioners through a dynamic 60 minutes of movement synchronised with breath. Rhythmic transitions in and out of creatively conceived pose combinations add a cardiovascular workout to the practice, challenging you to play with your edge without hurting yourself.

Hot e84 Yoga (90 mins)

Inferno Hot Pilates
A workout that combines Pilates principles with HIIT to keep your heart rate up and boost your metabolism. It is a full body workout to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, core strength, and circulation.

Yoga Trapeze (Non-heated)
A yoga trapeze is a swing-like contraption that allows you to hang from it in various ways. Yoga Trapeze allows us to create spinal traction, practices inversion safely, develops functional pulling motion, strengthening our posterior chain and grip strength using our own body weight.

Hot Yin Yang
Hot Yin-Yang provides a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.

Hot Yin
Hot Yin is a calming 60 minutes class targeting the body’s deep connective tissues. This is a great way to balance your active life pursuits and allow your body to tilt back to the equilibrium of the Yin and Yang life forces while immersing in a meditative and calm state of mind.

Breathing & Meditation (Non-heated)
Breathing (Pranayama) and meditation will enhance every aspect of your life. It will greatly benefit your yoga practice because more awareness of our breath expands the quality and experience of our yoga practice.
