A yoga trapeze is a swing-like contraption that allows you to hang from it in various ways. It also acts as a tool in many other yogapostures and muscle strengthening techniques. Among many other benefits of yoga trapeze practice, it helps with low back pain, lengthens the space in each verterbra, helps build core and upper body and allows you to get upside down, reverse your blood flow, send fresh oxygen to the brain, and be invigorated/inspired!
This training is suitable for both yoga instructors and passionate yoga practitioners who have regular consistent yoga practice.
