Jeanette, Sarah, and Anthony get BRAVER this week in more ways than one. How were you BRAVER this week? What did you try that you haven’t done before?I was BRAVER this week by actually holding back. I recently found out I have small stress fracture in my left foot, so I have been modifying my yoga practice to accommodate the injury. My doctor gave me the ok to go ahead and practice yoga as long as I listen to my body. I’m finding it takes a lot of my will power to hold back and do what feels right for my body.
